Cub Scouting teaches attitudes and habits that make a boy a better member of his family and community. Weekly Cub Scout and Webelos Scout den meetings are led by a den leader (an adult) Monthly, all the Cub Scouts and their families meet as a group called a pack under the direction of a Cubmaster. Cub Scouting can relate to a variety of family traditions. Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first grade through fifth grade (or 7, 8, 9, and 10 years of age). Boys are divided into DENS by age group.

home-centered part of the BSA program that develops ethical
decision-making skills for fourth- and fifth-grade (or 10-year-old)
boys. Webelos Scouts participate in more advanced activities that begin
to prepare them to become Boy Scouts. Our DENS usually meet once a week on Friday afternoons from 6 to 7:30 PM in the ASM lower school from September to May. During the summer months, we gather once a month for various summertime activities. Once a month, the DENS gather together to form a PACK and have a gathering for parents, siblings and Cub Scouts to receive awards and participate in special events. These events are usually held in the Lower School Cafeteria at 6:30 PM on Friday or Saturday evenings.
