When should I apply?
ASM has a rolling admissions process. We recommend you begin the process in the fall before the academic year you are applying. for. (ex. October 2021 for September 2022).
How do I pay for admission fees?
The application fees may be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Jan 2021). Detailed information is supplied during our Application process.
How long does the admission process take?
General applications received in the fall for the following academic year will receive a response between March and August depending on space availability. All our applications submitted throughout the year or in the summer months will be processed within 2 week once all required documentation has been submitted and based on space availability.
How can we arrange to see the School?
The admissions office accepts appointments. See the visit ASM page.
Is there a waiting list?
There are times when we do not have enough spaces to accommodate all qualified applicants. Qualified applicants will be offered a place on the waiting list and will be considered for admission if a space becomes available. When offering places to students on the waiting list the admissions committee considers a number of elements; for example, preference is given to siblings, and other factors such as class composition are also taken into account.
If a place does not become available during the course of the academic year, the student’s application must be updated by the regular timelines to be considered for the following academic year. Parents should arrange for current school reports, teacher recommendations and standardized testing (as appropriate) to be submitted. Students are asked to complete a new applicant questionnaire.
