ASM Invests in the Future
At ASM, 100% of our tuition income stays in the classroom. Our non-profit model ensures that all revenue supports our People, Programs, and Facilities (Plant). Because we believe the heart of a school is its faculty, more than 70% of our budget is invested in our teachers. This investment allows us to nurture an environment of inquiry and provide the high-level personalized care every student deserves
Application Fee
€250 per child one time
The Application Fee must accompany each preliminary application.
This non-refundable fee covers all administrative work involved in processing the application, including testing.

There is a 10% reduction for the third child from the same family and a 20% reduction for additional children thereafter for both tuition and one-time enrollment fee.
Charges are prorated for families entering school during the year. Tuition may be paid in monthly installments by direct debit or credit card. An administrative service charge of 4% per semester will be added to the semester tuition in these cases.
In the event of withdrawal, refunds are made in accordance with the terms of the Tuition Refund Policy (below).

Registration Fee
€2,000 per child one time
The Registration Fee is paid upon the admittance of a student.
This fee is non-refundable and is credited towards tuition.
Capital Fee

A one-time, non-refundable Capital Fee is required for all students in Grades EC5–12. This fee ensures the ongoing improvement of ASM's academic programs and campus infrastructure.
Matriculation Fee
€950 annual
This is a non-refundable, per-student payment required every spring to secure enrollment for the following school year
Bus Service
€2,404 annual
The Bus Service Fee entitles students to both regular daily transportation and the late bus service for after-school programs. Learn more about student transportation.
Cafeteria
The daily cost is €9.85
At the end of each month, you will be invoiced based on the actual number of meals and snacks your child consumed. See our cafeteria menu.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid is needs-based, limited, and temporary, to help families who are going through sudden financial difficulties. Please inquire at admissions@asmadrid.es.
Payment Schedule
Tuition and fees may be settled annually, semi-annually (by semester), or in monthly installments. Please note that monthly payment plans incur a 4% administrative service charge per semester.
For students enrolling mid-term, charges are prorated based on the entry date. In the event of a withdrawal, refunds are processed strictly according to the Tuition Refund Schedule.
Payments are accepted in either Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
Tuition Refund Policy
If a student withdraws after the semester begins, tuition refunds are calculated based on the number of calendar days enrolled. Each semester is calculated as 150 days.
