• Verify and test, on a regular basis, the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented to guarantee the security of the data processing.

The structure of files, equipment, and information systems and the technical and organizational measures implemented to guarantee data security, in order to comply with current legislation on data protection, will be applied to all files, temporary or permanent, owned by the American School of Madrid that contain personal data, as well as any equipment or information system that treats them.
