Pre-Registration Fee

July 4-15 First half of July (Primera quincena): 490€ 

July 18-29 Second half of July (Segunda quincena) : 490€ 

July 4-29 Full month (Mes completo): 800€ 

The American School of Madrid will retain 200€ for processing fees for cancellations made before June 24 and will retain 50% of the total payment for cancellations made between June 24 and July 1. After July 1, the school will retain 100% of the total payment.

The American School of Madrid reserves the right to cancel all classes due to lack of enrollment in which case families would be fully reimbursed.

Campers will need appropriate summer clothes, sunscreen, shoes that are comfortable and safe to move around in, and a small backpack for their notebook, pencil case, water bottle, and snack.

Younger campers must bring an extra change of clothes.

Mask use will be dependent on the Ministry of Health's regulations. 

Families will need to arrange for their own transport as buses will not be provided.

Snacks
Students must bring a water bottle and healthy snack of their choice or purchase snacks from the cafeteria at their own expense.

Lunch
Lunch is not provided for students.
