The camp package includes the pre-registration fee (200€), supplies, and medical insurance.

Final payments are due by June 14, 2024.

The American School of Madrid will retain the 200€ deposit for cancellations made before June 14 and will retain 50% of the total payment for cancellations made between June 14 and June 28. After June 28, the school will retain 100% of the total payment.

The American School of Madrid reserves the right to cancel all classes due to lack of enrollment in which case families would be fully reimbursed.

Families will need to arrange for their transport as buses are not provided. 

A 20% discount will be applied for the third (and subsequent) child(ren) enrolled. Families will need to email a copy of their familia numerosa card to: summer@asmadrid.es

Campers will need:

• Appropriate summer clothes
• Sunscreen
• Water Bottle
• Comfortable shoes that are safe and easy to move around in
• A small backpack for their notebook, pencil case, water bottle, and snack
• Younger campers must bring an extra change of clothes
• Older students must leave cell phones in their backpacks
