There is a 20% discount for the third (and subsequent) child(ren) enrolled in our camp. 

The camp package includes the pre-registration fee (200€), supplies, and medical insurance.

Pre-Registration Fee: 200€ due by May 15, 2026.

(Please indicate your child’s name and last name in the transfer) Enrollment will only be secured once payment is received by the Business Office. Do not charge the transaction fee to ASM for international transfers.

Cancellation Policy

The American School of Madrid will retain the 200€ deposit for cancellations made before June 19 and will retain 50% of the total payment for cancellations made between June 19 and June 30. After June 30, the school will retain 100% of the total payment.

The American School of Madrid reserves the right to cancel all classes due to lack of enrollment, in which case families would be fully reimbursed.

A 20% discount will be applied for the third (and subsequent) child(ren) enrolled in our camp.

Campers will need:

• Appropriate summer clothes
• Sun hat and sunscreen
• Water bottle
• Comfortable shoes that are safe and easy to move around in
• A small backpack for their notebook, pencil case, water bottle, and snack
• Younger campers must bring an extra change of clothes
• Older students must leave cell phones in their backpacks
