From The Middle School’s Middle Earth Players to the annual Spring Musical, theater, and the dramatic arts play an important role at ASM. Drama allows students to take on new roles, gain new perspectives, collaborate, and problem-solve. In Middle School, the Middle Earth Players are a longstanding tradition of putting on two performances a year as part of an elective class and after-school activity. The Upper School students have the opportunity to participate in two performances each year. Not every student will take a leading role in the Spring Musical but every student grows in confidence and character by participating in the dramatic arts.
